1.Zhejiang Huixin TONY custom heavy and heavy gear box is adopted. Not only the gear box shell adopts heavy and heavy, but also the internal gear adopts heavy, heavy and thickened type. 3.Bearings and oil seals used in the transmission part adopt high-precision bearings and wear-resistant and temperature-resistant fluorine rubber oil seals, and specially add lubricating oil return system, oil circuit circulation cooling, automatic timing oil lubrication. Make sure the bearing is fully lubricated.
Die and rollers use high grade nickel stainless steel material. Dies are precisely processed by Germany's two-axis deep hole gun drill and carburizing of Japan's continuous quenching furnace or American Ipsen vacuum quenching furnace. Inner holes have the features of high smoothness, small resistance, equal distribution and high accuracy. Four rollers as a group can increase the stressed area and reduce the pressure with die, thus prolong working life of die and rollers and ensure the high yield and efficiency.
