Process Flow
 

The wood chipping system can make tree trunks and wood log into

wood chips with less than 5 cm size . Drum wood chipper is an ideal

equipment to produce large capacity and good quality wood chips,

which is widely used inwood chips production industry, paper

plants, particle and fiber board plants, etc.

The wood crushing system can make wood chips into wood

sawdust . The hammer mill is applied mainly to grinding the

raw material to make it suiable to make pellets.

 

The impeller variable frequency feeder is used to ensure

work efficiency.

To dry materials and remove the moisture from 50 % to 15-


17 % . The best moisture content to pelletizing is 13-15%, so


our rotary dryer is designed to reduce the moisture of the


unqualified raw material, for which the moisture is too high.

 

The main function of the wood pellet machine is to press pellets. It is also the core machine of the entire production line.

1.Vertical hopper: This design can avoid the raw material be stuck in granulating room.

2.Cooling system: As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will lower the service life of die and bearing.Cooling system are considering this situation and avoid it happened.

3.Double-layer dies: This design increase the efficiency of pellet making,reduce clients cost.

4.Bearing: High precision, high speed, low noise, long life

5.Unique automatic lubricating system: Which lubricate the bearing, dies and rollers ,increase the produce efficiency and reduce energy consumption.It can work continuous 24 hours.

The cooling system can immediately cool the biomass

pellets to room temperature. When the pellets come out of

the pelletizer, the temperature will be around 70°C, and then

through the instant cooling effect of the cooler, the hardness

of the pellets will become stronger. So as to obtain better

hardness and strength.

 

The automatic packing system can used to package the final

wood pellet. The qualified pellets are packed into plastic bag

from 10 kg/100 kg or 1 ton.Then use thermoplastic sealing

machine. these can make the pellets dry and water-

proof. To extend the wood pellets storage time.
 

Production  process

Raw material
Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris,
rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton
stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:2-4mm  (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going

to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15%  is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
