Product Description

Working Principle

TONY pellet machine converts biomass feedstock into pellet fuel by mechanical extrusion. The process consists of feeding the raw material to the compression system, where it is compressed under high pressure and temperature, and then cooling to improve the hardness and stability of the particles. 
(1)Feeding principle:
mold upward, vertical feed to the granulation chamber, so that the material directly in place
(2)Material distribution principle:
The mold is stationary, the press roll is rotating, and the material is naturally evenly distributed on the inner surface of the ring mold under the action of centrifugal force and with the help of the rebound action of the two-layer high surround mold.
(3)Forming principle:
Taking TONY wood pellet machine as an example, the extrusion pressure and die friction interaction principle between the ring die and roller group are used to make the material get formed. The processing process of the material does not need to add any additives and binders, wood material has the characteristics of softening, when the temperature reaches a certain value, softening, bonding strength is enhanced, under the action of pressure, the fiber molecular group dislocation, deformation, extension, and the adjacent internal biomass particles are recombined and pressed

Screw Conveyor 1. It is used to transport the sawdust to the pellet machine, optional according to customer needs. 2. If customer digs a pit, you will need screw conveyor with φ219 and 6m length. If customer does not dig a pit, you will need screw conveyor with φ219 and 6m length. 3. The screw conveyor needs to be equipped with a frequency converter to achieve one-button simultaneous operation with the pellet machine, and the conveying speed of the screw conveyor is controlled by sensing the current of the pellet machine.
	Galvanized Belt Conveyor 1. It is used to transport the sawdust to the pellet machine, optional according to customer needs. 2. If customer digs a pit, you will need belt conveyor with50cm width and 10 meters length . If customer does not dig a pit, you will need belt conveyor with50cm width and 8 meters length . 3. The belt conveyor needs to be equipped with a frequency converter to achieve one-button simultaneous operation with the pellet machine, and control the conveying speed of the belt conveyor by sensing the current of the pellet machine.
Motors 1.TONY Motors uses Qingao SHUOBO Brand. 2.Pure copper national standard motor. 3.The motors can also be changed into a variable frequency motor according to customer needs.
