Tony biomass wood  pellet mill is mainly used for medium and big process plant. Wood pellet mill is a new generation of energy-saving green power products.
The vertical ring die pellet machine is a production machine that processes eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit and straw, and bamboo smash into sawdust to form biomass fuel. Double-layer vertical ring die, 2 rolls are uniquely designed, and the mold is installed vertically.  Working principle of the vertical ring die machine is that when the machine is running,ring die is stationary while the roller is rotating.  The vertical ring die granulator is mainly suitable for various hardwoods with a variety of raw materials.

Working Principle

TONY pellet machine converts biomass feedstock into pellet fuel by mechanical extrusion. The process consists of feeding the raw material to the compression system, where it is compressed under high pressure and temperature, and then cooling to improve the hardness and stability of the particles. The core structure of the equipment includes frame, motor, press roller, ring mold, electric heating ring and other components. Some models adopt vertical centrifugal ring mold design, combining the advantages of traditional flat mold and ring mold to improve the pelleting efficiency. The control system can adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure particle quality and yield

2.Compression ratio of ring die is set by TONY according to his experience for many years. If the customer changes the raw materials, the ring die must be replaced.
3. Ring die is vertical and double-layer ring die. When pellet machine is working only the lower layer of ring die can press the particles. When reach the lifetime,you can use the other layer.
4. The life of TONY ring die is generally 1000-1500 hours, and service life of ring die is different according to the different raw materials of customers.
5. TONY ring die use alloy steel-bearing steel. After quenching heat treatment, the hardness is higher, the wear resistance is greater, and the service life is longer.
