Rotary Drum Dryer
Drum dryer adopts low-speed rotary.curved plate hammering,dispering raw material to make high temperature air flow current mixed with rwa material to achieve drying goal.It is applied to dry powder raw materials.Rotary drum drier's evaporation capactity is higer,with the incrense in air temperature increased,and with the nature of material changes in wate.Equipment moves smooth, reliable, non-wearing parts, less malfunction,long serviec life,which have been widely used in the drying industry.
The rotary dryer is composed of stove, main rotary body,screw conveyor, cyclone separator, air-lock, fan and matched pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%.
Working principle
Rotary Drum dryer is tilted slingtly and the cylindrical rotating body,wet material enter the upper, at the same time,dried materials are collected on the other side of lower part.Hot aif from the feed end or discharge end access to the material and discharge from the other side of the upper part.
