Product Description

Biomass pellet machine is a kind of agricultural and forestry waste (such as rice husk, straw, wood chips, straw, corn straw, wheat straw, cotton stalk, peanut shell, corncob, branches, leaves, sawdust, etc.) raw materials through the physical extrusion process into granular fuel equipment. Biomass pellet is a clean, efficient, safe and sustainable new fuel, which has a wide application prospect. Such as heating, industrial boilers, biomass power generation and so on.
The bearing chamber is made of forged tempered wear-resistant material, which is durable, with high gearbox output and low power consumption

Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree),bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass,bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:2-4mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet
Physical characteristics of biomass pellets: the pellets density after molding is 1.1-1.4t /m³, the density is large, the volume is small, the carbon content is 75-85%, the ash content is 3-6%, the water content is 1-3%, and the sulfur and phosphorus are free and the calorific value is about 3900-4800 kcal /kg

1.The gear box adopts Zhejiang HUIXIN brand TONY custom model to increase the heavy duty. The gear box is engraved with Zhejiang HUIXIN brand and TONY custom LOGO. Compared with the ordinary HUIXIN model, the internal gear is enlarged and thickened, and the gear shaft is strengthened and thickened, which is more durable and stable.
2. The feed port, discharge shell, dust collection cover, lifting knife and internal cutting knife of the pellet machine are made of 304 stainless steel to avoid steam corrosion and rust during the formation of pellets and increase the durability of the equipment.
