Product Parameters
This is TONY 160 Kilowatts 3 0 4 stainless steel ring die pellet machine with 2.5to3.5tons per hour. It mainly includes: Pellet Machine,Rollers Automatic Lubrication System,Cyclone and Dust Collector and Electrical Cabinets.
Feed port, discharge shell, discharge port, dust collection cover, lifting knife and cutting knife of TONY pellet machine are made of 3 0 4 stainless steel to avoid steam corrosion. Cyclone dust collector is used to move the dust.
TONY lubrication system is used to lubricate rollers bearings and main shaft bearings to ensure pellet machine work for 24 hours .Electrical cabinets is used to control all machine as above. Tony pellet machine gearbox adopts HUIXIN brand TONY custom model. Internal gear and shaft are enlarged and thickened, which is more durable and stable.It can be widely used for all kinds of biomass materials. TONY can supply pellet machine 1 ton to 50 tons per hour. which is well received by domestic and foreign customers praise.

How to design Wood log pellet line?
wood log is the most common raw material for making wood pellets.
So, how to design a suitable wood pellet production line with wood log as raw material?
First, a drum wood chipper is used to chip wood log into small size wood chips with 2.5-3.5cm.
After that, hammer mill/wood crusher is used to grind wood chips into sawdust (6-12mm).
Sometimes, a dryer is need ,as usually the MC of wood log is always about 30-50%,Under this condition, a dryer is need.
Then, a vertical ring die wood pellet mill machine is used to press dried, wood sawdust into good quality wood pellets.
