TONY Comprehensive Wood Chipper Working Principle:
The main working principle of the Comprehensive Chipper is to put the material into the crushing chamber, and impact, break and shear the material through the high-speed rotating hammer or blade, so that the material becomes more finely broken. The specific working principle is as follows: 
1.Material feeding:
The material is fed into the crushing chamber of the crusher through the feeding port;
2.Crushing chamber:
After the material enters the crushing chamber, it will be subjected to high-speed rotating hammer or blades.The impact and shear effects. The hammer or blade is driven by an electric motor and rotates at high speed rotate and collide with the material, shattering it.     
3.Crushing process:
The hammer or blade in the crushing chamber continuously impacts the material, causing it to be subjected to the impact and shear forces cause the material to break. The degree of fragmentation can be adjusted control the speed, quantity, and position of the hammer or blade. 
4.Discharge:
After crushing, the material is sieved through the size of the sieve holes on the screen to achieve, after reaching the desired chips size, smaller chips pass through the sieve, while larger chips pass through continue crushing in the crushing chamber until the requirements are met. 
5.Electric motor:
The crusher is powered by an electric motor, which causes the hammer or blade to move at high speed rotate and simultaneously drive the feeding device and sieve to work.

1) The rotor speed is adjustable

3) Mandatory automatic feeding system
Start the oil pump, the cylinder piston extends, the swing device rises and falls, and the upper feeding roller automatically ADAPTS to the feeding nature. This function enables the machine to adapt to a wide range of raw materials, making the feeding process smoother.

5) Chain conveyor
The feed chain conveyor adopts high manganese steel with a thickness of 10mm, which still maintains good toughness and deformation under strong impact and strong extrusion conditions, and the hardened layer has good wear resistance. These characteristics determine its service life of up to 22,000 hours, better than the traditional belt of 2000 hours. In addition, the friction coefficient of the traditional belt is small, which will cause the feed speed to be slow and unstable, and the chain solves all the above problems.
6) Perfect chain conveyor length
The length of the chain conveyor is matched to the operation of the machine to achieve the best machine performance.
7) Dual control
One is a fixed electrical cabinet, and the other is a remote control, making the operation safer and more convenient.
8) Feed system automatic frequency control.
Feed roller and chain conveyor can be automatically adjusted by frequency conversion, safe and simple operation. According to the specification and quantity of raw materials, the feed speed is automatically adjusted to save energy and improve efficiency. The feed speed can be automatically adjusted according to the load of the main motor to avoid idling of the machine.
9) Overload protection
The main motor is started by the soft start switch, the circuit has overload protection device, and the circuit is automatically cut off when overloaded.
10) Interlock control of feeding system to avoid feeding blockage
In normal operation, the feeding motor and the chain conveying motor work simultaneously. Once a blockage occurs, the feed system stops feeding and the two feed motors reverse along with the chain conveyor. When the feed is too much, the main motor current increases, the frequency of the inverter decreases, the speed of the two feed motors slows down, and the feed amount decreases. When the current of the main motor decreases to a certain value, the frequency of the inverter increases, the speed of the two feed motors speeds up, and the feed rate increases. The control process is achieved by equipping a wireless remote control.
11) Inner hole locking device fixed pulley
Easy to assemble and disassemble. No traditional violent assembly and disassembly. Protect the main motor. This facilitates maintenance of the main motor and prolongs the service life of the main motor.

What Raw Materials Can Be Crushed By a Comprehensive Crusher?
Wood and wood products:

What Is a Complete Wood Pellet Production Line?
Wood log is the most common raw material for making wood pellets.The main processing process of wood pellets:
01Wood Chipping Process
This process is mainly used to grind the wood logs whose diameter is under 25cm without barks into wood chips with size 25-55mm.   The finish wood chips size can be adjustable by changing different sizes of screeners and adding flying knives inside the wood chipper.
02Fine Crushing Process
This process is mainly used to crush  wood chips into sawdust,to ensure the density and combustion efficiency during the subsequent pressing and forming process,Hammer mill can quickly crush the materials to the required particle size.   The production process is continuous, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
03Drying Process
This process is mainly used to dry the moisture content of sawdust to 10-15%.  Drying the raw material to the proper moisture content is essential for the manufacture of high quality pellets. .   For a small batch, the raw material can be left in the sun for at least 24 hours to dry naturally;   For larger batches, a dryer can be used to dry the raw material to the desired moisture content
04Pelleting Process
This process is mainly used to products pellets with φ6-8mm.  TONY's new 304 stainless steel vertical ring die pellet machine is extruded by ring die and roller group, the raw material is squeezed into the ring die hole to form, and constantly extruded to the outer end.   When pelleting, it is necessary to ensure the uniform feed .
05Cooling Process
This process is mainly used to cool pellets from 80-90ºC to 20-30ºC.  The freshly pressed pellets have a relatively high temperature and are soft.   They need to be cooled and shaped through a cooler .   After cooling, the hardness of the particles increases, making them easier to store and transport
06Packing Process
This process is mainly used to pack pellets into 15-50KG/Bags.  Once the pellets are cooled, they are transported to a packing facility, packed and stored in a dry place.  Finished wood pellet products are usually packaged in ton bags or small bags to meet the needs of different customers.
