Product Description

TONY new bigger gear transmission wood pellet machine is mainly used for medium and big process plant. The pellet machine is a new generation of energy-saving green power products, researched and developed by our researcher newly. The pellet machine is mainly used to compress crushed wood, corn straw, plant waste, bamboo powder, grass, straw, rice husk etc. into pellets. The pellet machine adopts bipolar speed adjusting, and have the characteristics of low power consumption, reasonable structure, economic and durable.

Raw material and finished pellets: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:6-10mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

The gear box adopts Zhejiang Huiin brand,
TONY custommodel to increase the heaxy duty.
The gear box is eneraxwd with Zhejiang HUIXIN braand and TONY custom LOGO. Compared with the ordinary HUIXIN model, the intemal gear is enlarges and thickness, which is more dirable and tastble.

 

The feed port, diachatge shelli, dust collection cover, lifting knife and internal cutting knife of the pellet machine are made of 304 stainless steel to avoid steam corrosion and rust during the formation of pellets and increase the durability of the equipment.

The upper discharge shellis made of 304 stainless steel, which avoids the short comings of poor compression resistance and easy cracking caused by welding. Arc profile apperaance, to avoid operator injury, and arc profile tensile strength is stronger, not easy to damage.

The rotary support is installed under the discharge housing to avoid the traditional reture support is easy to be corroded by steam at the top, the internal steel ball is easy to rust corrosion short comings.

The gear reducer is installed under the discharge housing, the power is stronger, and th gear reducer is not easy to damage.  And adopt the Zhejiang HUIXIN brand hard tooth surface reducer, which is a brand of gear box, the torque resistance is stronger, and the rotation power is more sufficient.

304 stainless steel dust cover, steam resistance, corrosion resistance is stronger, and in this way, it is hard to be damged.

The internal lifting knife is made of thickened stainless steel, which can effictively avoid high temperature and steam corrosion, increase the durability of the lifting knife, and the lifting effort is better, so that the raw materials inside the pellet machine are not easy to cover and pile.

Adjustable internal pellets cutter, can be adjusted according to customer needs to adjust the length of the cutter in order to adjust the length of the discharge pellets, simple and convenient adjustment.

Installation Instructions

How to design a suitable wood pellet production line with wood log as raw material?
First, a drum wood chipper is used to chip wood log into small size wood chips with 2.5-3.5cm.
After that, hammer mill/wood crusher is used to grind wood chips into sawdust (6-12mm).
Sometimes, a dryer is need ,as usually the MC of wood log is always about 30-50%,Under this condition, a dryer is need.
Then, a vertical ring die wood pellet mill machine is used to press dried, wood sawdust into good quality wood pellets.
