TONY comprehensive wood chipper is a specialized piece of equipment designed to reduce various wooden items and scrap wood into smaller pieces or fragments. It accomplishes this by using the impact force generated by high-speed rotating blades or hammers to break down the wood into chunks or shavings. Wood crushers are commonly employed in the woodworking and recycling industries, as well as in the processing of biomass energy.
TONY comprehensive wood chipper can handle a wide range of wood materials, such as old furniture, construction templates, pallets, branches, and tree trunks. The resulting wood chips or particles can be utilized for various purposes, including paper production, plywood manufacturing, animal bedding, or as fuel for heating systems, thus providing both economic value and environmental benefits
TONY Comprehensive Wood Chipper Structural Composition:
1. Feeding device:
Usually, a chain plate intelligent feeding system is adopted, such as the chain plate feeding device of the biomass comprehensive wood crusher. It can automatically adjust the feeding speed according to the load of the main motor, enabling the machine to operate at full load and avoiding no-load operation, thereby improving the feeding efficiency and smoothness.
2. Crushing chamber:
It is the core area for wood crushing, equipped with components such as hammer heads, plate hammers, and impact plates inside. Different crushers have different structures and designs for their crushing chambers to meet various crushing requirements.
3. Discharge device:
It discharges the crushed materials from the machine. Some are also equipped with a screening device to screen the crushed materials. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements will be returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing.
4. Transmission device:
Generally composed of an electric motor, pulley, transmission shaft, etc., it transmits the power of the electric motor to the crushing components, enabling them to rotate at high speed to achieve the crushing function.
5. Frame and casing:
They are used to support and fix the various components of the crusher, and at the same time provide protection to prevent material splashing and dust leakage

The comprehensive wood crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the crushing of wood operations. When the comprehensive crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the wood evenly enters the comprehensive crusher chamber. The high-speed rotary hammer impact and shear tear the wood causing the wood to be broken. At the same time, the gravity action of the wood makes the wood rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle plate and screen bar in the lower part of the rotor. Equipped with a screen plate, the grain grade of crushed wood that is less than the size of the sieve hole is discharged through the screen plate, and the wood that is larger than the size of the sieve hole is blocked on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, that is to say, the fineness of the grinding can be regulated according to user needs

What Raw Materials Can Be Crushed By a Comprehensive Crusher?
Wood and wood products:
The trunks, branches and roots of various trees, such as pine trees, paulownia trees and ginkgo trees, can all be crushed. What Is a Complete Wood Pellet Production Line?
Wood log is the most common raw material for making wood pellets.The main processing process of wood pellets:
01Wood Chipping Process
This process is mainly used to grind the wood logs whose diameter is under 25cm without barks into wood chips with size 25-55mm.   The finish wood chips size can be adjustable by changing different sizes of screeners and adding flying knives inside the wood chipper.
02Fine Crushing Process
This process is mainly used to crush  wood chips into sawdust,to ensure the density and combustion efficiency during the subsequent pressing and forming process,Hammer mill can quickly crush the materials to the required particle size.   The production process is continuous, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
03Drying Process
This process is mainly used to dry the moisture content of sawdust to 10-15%.  Drying the raw material to the proper moisture content is essential for the manufacture of high quality pellets. .   For a small batch, the raw material can be left in the sun for at least 24 hours to dry naturally;   For larger batches, a dryer can be used to dry the raw material to the desired moisture content
04Pelleting Process
This process is mainly used to products pellets with φ6-8mm.  TONY's new 304 stainless steel vertical ring die pellet machine is extruded by ring die and roller group, the raw material is squeezed into the ring die hole to form, and constantly extruded to the outer end.   When pelleting, it is necessary to ensure the uniform feed .
05Cooling Process
This process is mainly used to cool pellets from 80-90ºC to 20-30ºC.  The freshly pressed pellets have a relatively high temperature and are soft.   They need to be cooled and shaped through a cooler .   After cooling, the hardness of the particles increases, making them easier to store and transport
06Packing Process
This process is mainly used to pack pellets into 15-50KG/Bags.  Once the pellets are cooled, they are transported to a packing facility, packed and stored in a dry place.  Finished wood pellet products are usually packaged in ton bags or small bags to meet the needs of different customers.
