TYJ series high efficiency centrifugal granulator is a patented product with Chinese characteristics. The heart of this machine lies in its unique "double die" structural assembly. The "roller" of the machine is made of high wear-resistant alloy and stainless steel, which greatly improves the durability of spare parts.
A notable feature is an automatic lubrication system that carefully infuses and filters the grease, ensuring continuous operation for long periods of time. In addition, the mill is equipped with a dust cooling system, which effectively reduces dust generation and pollution

A set of vertical ring die pellet machine is composed of a main machine, a dust removal equipment, an automatic refueling machine and an electric control cabinet.

Raw material requirements

Main Process to Press Wood Pellets

Crushing: Raw biomass materials, like wood or straw, are chipped into smaller pieces.

Further Crushing: These pieces go through another round of crushing for size uniformity, aiding in blending.

Drying: The crushed material is dried to reduce its moisture content to roughly 10-15%.

Pelleting: The dry material is pressed at high temperatures to create dense pellets.

Cooling: Freshly-made pellets are cooled down to harden.

Packaging:Finally, pellets are packed for transport and storage, in either small or bulk quantities.

Q: What is a pellet mill/pellet machine?
A: A pellet mill/pellet machine is a machine that takes raw materials and shapes it into pellet form for multiple uses.

Q: What kind of materials can be pelletized?
A: Materials such as wood wastes, saw dust, corn cobs/stover/stalks, straw, switch grass, other grasses,  distillers grain, paper, etc. Basically, most Biomass materials that can be ground down to sawdust form can be pelletized.

Q: What are pellets used for?
A: Pellets are used mainly for heating, animal feed, and animal bedding. Many other applications may apply.

Q: What size does my material need to be, to run through the pellet mill?
A: All materials must be 5mm or less.

Q: What size pellets can I make?
A: We have dies sizes from 4mm-12mm, depending on the machine or your raw materials.
