TONY Dual Shaft Hammer Mill Working Principle
1. Core structure
Dual-rotor system: Hammer heads are installed alternately on two parallel main shafts (with the same or different rotational speeds) to form a "counter-rotating" or "co-rotating" mode.
Crushing cavity design: The inner wall of the cavity is lined with wear-resistant liners, and the bottom is equipped with adjustable screen plates (or no screen plates). Some models are equipped with shearing blades or tooth plates.
Drive system: Independent drive by dual motors, power is transmitted through belts or couplings, and a variable frequency speed regulation device can be configured.
2. Working Principle
After the material enters from the feeding port, it is first subjected to high-speed impact crushing by the double rotor hammer heads.
The material between the two rotors is further torn or cut due to the shear force generated by the speed difference (especially suitable for tough materials).
The crushed particles collide and rebound with the liner plate. After being repeatedly struck by the hammer head until they are smaller than the aperture of the sieve plate, they are discharged. The particles that do not meet the standards continue to be crushed in a cycle.
