Crushing chamber: Made of wear-resistant steel plates, with inner lining plates (made of high-chromium cast iron or wear-resistant alloys) to reduce wear on the chamber walls by the materials.
Rotor system: The core component, consisting of a main shaft, hammer frame and hammer head. The hammer head is usually made of high-hardness alloy materials (such as high-manganese steel, bimetallic composite materials), fixed on the hammer frame by bolts or pin shafts, and rotates at high speed (usually 800-1500 r/min) with the rotor.
Screen: Located at the bottom of the crushing chamber, used to control the output particle size (different aperture screens can be replaced as needed, with common apertures ranging from 5 to 30 mm).
Feed device: Mostly incline feed hoppers or conveyor belts, some equipment is equipped with forced feeding mechanisms (such as screw propellers) to ensure that wood chips are evenly fed into the crushing chamber.
Power system: Usually paired with an electric motor or diesel engine (for mobile equipment), with power ranging from 15kW to 200kW depending on the equipment specifications, providing sufficient torque to drive the rotor to rotate at high speed.

01Wood Chipping Process

02Fine Crushing Process

03Drying Process
This process is mainly used to dry the moisture content of sawdust to 10-15%.  Drying the raw material to the proper moisture content is essential for the manufacture of high quality pellets. .   For a small batch, the raw material can be left in the sun for at least 24 hours to dry naturally;   For larger batches, a dryer can be used to dry the raw material to the desired moisture content
04Pelleting Process
This process is mainly used to products pellets with φ6-8mm.  TONY's new 304 stainless steel vertical ring die pellet machine is extruded by ring die and roller group, the raw material is squeezed into the ring die hole to form, and constantly extruded to the outer end.   When pelleting, it is necessary to ensure the uniform feed .
05Cooling Process
This process is mainly used to cool pellets from 80-90ºC to 20-30ºC.  The freshly pressed pellets have a relatively high temperature and are soft.   They need to be cooled and shaped through a cooler .   After cooling, the hardness of the particles increases, making them easier to store and transport
06Packing Process
