 This is a newly 304 stainless steel wood pellet mill machine.
TYJ series vertical ring pellet machine is patented product, which has introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad.
Vertical ring mold, no material blocking. Double-layer mold greatly increased its working efficiency, and high-alloy steel mold greatly extends its service life.

Independent lubrication under high pressure makes it clean and unblocked. Raw material Requirements

Raw material: hard wood, waste wood and straws, woodchips(palm, mahogany,rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice husk, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagasse, palm fiber.

Size: Less than 5mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going into pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: 10-15% is best for producing good quality pellet.
