Working Principle

TONY Sawdust  Chipper and wood chip machine components are similar, mainly by the feed belt, discharge belt, machine base, knife roller, feed mechanism, hydraulic buffer system and electrical control system. In addition, there are auxiliary parts such as motors, oil pumps, protective covers, blades, screens, etc., but more blades are used for sawdust shredders, and the design structure of sawdust machines is reasonable and can be customized according to customer needs.
Motor Driven: The sawdust chipper is powered by a motor that drives a rotor with a blade or hammer inside the machine to rotate at high speed, which is the energy source for the entire crushing process.
