Working Principle

TONY dual-shaft hammer mill is driven by an electric motor or a hydraulic motor. The high rotation speed of the motor is reduced to the low rotation speed of the cutter shaft through a speed reducer, enabling the cutter shaft to obtain high torque. Cutters made of special alloy steel are installed on the two relatively rotating cutter shafts, and the rotation speed of the cutter shafts is generally between 10 and 70 revolutions per minute. When the crusher is in operation, after the materials enter the crusher, the cutting edges of the adjacent cutting surfaces of the movable cutters on the cutter shafts form a shearing effect, the tips of the movable cutters and the cylindrical surface of the spacer form a shearing effect, and the torsion force and speed difference of the cutter shafts form a tearing effect, so as to efficiently crush the materials.
