Product Description

1. The main machine adopts Zhejiang Huixin widened gear box.     the machine operates more stably and has stronger torsion resistance.


2. The shell is all made of 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of high corrosion resistance and long service life

3. The automatic refueling machine adopts a new appearance,  It is equipped with a galvanized base underneath.    Corrosion resistance will be stronger.

Working Principle

TONY Biomass pellet machine converts biomass feedstock into pellet fuel by mechanical extrusion. The process consists of feeding the raw material to the compression system, where it is compressed under high pressure and temperature, and then cooling to improve the hardness and stability of the particles. The core structure of the equipment includes frame, motor, press roller, ring mold, electric heating ring and other components. Some models adopt vertical centrifugal ring mold design, combining the advantages of traditional flat mold and ring mold to improve the pelleting efficiency. The control system can adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure particle quality and yield

Wide Range Of Application

Requirement of Raw Materials:

Size:2-4mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

 

Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
