TONY 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine is a kind of biomass energy pretreatment equipment. It mainly uses agricultural and forestry processing waste such as wood chips, straw, rice husk, bark and other biomass as raw materials, and solidifies it into high-density pellet fuel through pretreatment and processing. The has advantages of good stability and low noise.The ring die has a long service life and the discharge is smooth. The fuel pellets produced by the 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine can replace coal and gas, and are widely used in biomass power generation, boiler plants and other places.

Working Principle

TONY pellet machine converts biomass feedstock into pellet fuel by mechanical extrusion. The process consists of feeding the raw material to the compression system, where it is compressed under high pressure and temperature, and then cooling to improve the hardness and stability of the particles. The core structure of the equipment includes frame, motor, press roller, ring mold, electric heating ring and other components. Some models adopt vertical centrifugal ring mold design, combining the advantages of traditional flat mold and ring mold to improve the pelleting efficiency. The control system can adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure particle quality and yield

Product Characteristics

1.The gear box adopts Zhejiang Huiin brand,TONY custommodel to increase the heaxy duty.The gear box is eneraxwd with Zhejiang HUIXIN braand and TONY custom LOGO. Compared with the ordinary HUIXIN model, the intemal gear is enlarges and thickness, which is more dirable and tastble. 
2.The feed port, discharge shell, dust collection cover, lifting knife and internal cutting knife of the pellet machine are made of 304 stainless steel to avoid steam corrosion and rust during the formation of pellets and increase the durability of the equipment.
3.The upper discharge shellis made of 304 stainless steel, which avoids the short comings of poor compression resistance and easy cracking caused by welding. Arc profile apperaance, to avoid operator injury, and arc profile tensile strength is stronger, not easy to damage.
4.The rotary support is installed under the discharge housing to avoid the traditional reture support is easy to be corroded by steam at the top, the internal steel ball is easy to rust corrosion short comings.
5.The gear reducer is installed under the discharge housing, the power is stronger, and th gear reducer is not easy to damage.  And adopt the Zhejiang HUIXIN brand hard tooth surface reducer, which is a brand of gear box, the torque resistance is stronger, and the rotation power is more sufficient.
6.304 stainless steel dust cover, steam resistance, corrosion resistance is stronger, and in this way, it is hard to be damged.
7.The internal lifting knife is made of thickened stainless steel, which can effictively avoid high temperature and steam corrosion, increase the durability of the lifting knife, and the lifting effort is better, so that the raw materials inside the pellet machine are not easy to cover and pile. 
8.Adjustable internal pellets cutter, can be adjusted according to customer needs to adjust the length of the cutter in order to adjust the length of the discharge pellets, simple and convenient adjustment.

Cyclone and dust Collector 1.It is mainly used to collect dust that come out of pellet machine during producing the pellets. 2.There are 3.dust removal interfaces, respectively connected to the pellet machine 2 steam outlet, pellet machine bearing room dust discharge hole to remove the dust. 3.New cyclone and dust bag collect system, including fan and pipe and dust collection bucket.
	Automatic Lubrication System  1.Automatic Grease lubrication system for rollers bearings. 2.Automatic Grease lubrication system for main shaft bearings. 3.It can keep the pellet machine in maintenance for 20 hours.   4.Automatic fixed time lubrication.Customer can set time by himself. 5.Increase the oil circuit failure alarm device, once blocked, alarm immediately.
Screw Conveyor 1. It is used to transport the sawdust to the pellet machine, optional according to customer needs. 2. If customer digs a pit, you will need screw conveyor with φ219 and 6m length. If customer does not dig a pit, you will need screw conveyor with φ219 and 6m length. 3. The screw conveyor needs to be equipped with a frequency converter to achieve one-button simultaneous operation with the pellet machine, and the conveying speed of the screw conveyor is controlled by sensing the current of the pellet machine.
	Galvanized Belt Conveyor 1. It is used to transport the sawdust to the pellet machine, optional according to customer needs. 2. If customer digs a pit, you will need belt conveyor with50cm width and 10 meters length . If customer does not dig a pit, you will need belt conveyor with50cm width and 8 meters length . 3. The belt conveyor needs to be equipped with a frequency converter to achieve one-button simultaneous operation with the pellet machine, and control the conveying speed of the belt conveyor by sensing the current of the pellet machine.
Motors 1.TONY Motors uses Qingao SHUOBO Brand. 2.Pure copper national standard motor. 3.The motors can also be changed into a variable frequency motor according to customer needs. 	Electrical Cabinets 1.We use well-known Chinese brand electrical components, and we can also choose well-known electrical appliances according to customer requirements.
