TONY Debarker Machine is also known as a tree bark remover. As the name suggests, it is a machine used to remove the bark from trees. It is a complementary equipment for making biomass pellets.
TONY Debarker Machine is suitable for peeling various types of wood and is recommended as a device to replace manual peeling. It is widely used in pulp mills, paper mills, and manufacturers of net sheets. The raw materials it is suitable for are 3-150mm logs, and the raw material peeling rate is above 95%. This equipment has the characteristics of a reasonable structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, convenient maintenance, and high efficiency. It is currently one of the more advanced peeling devices for replacing manual peeling in China.
If customers use logs as raw materials to make biomass pellets, the bark will cause the pellets to caramelize, resulting in poor quality of the pellets and a decrease in value. Therefore, this peeling machine is often needed to remove the tree bark from the trees.

TONY Debarker Machine Working Principle:
TONY Debarker Machine utilizes the force generated by the rotor with peeling teeth to make the wood sections perform a circular motion within the material storage slot plate. At the same time, it causes the wood sections to rotate around their own axes and make irregular jumps. During this process, the wood sections constantly rub, collide, and squeeze with the teeth, with each other, and with the storage slot. This results in the rapid separation of the bark, achieving an efficient peeling effect. 
TONY Debarker Machine Working Principle Structural Composition:
Roller Shaft: It is the core component of the double-roller wood peeling machine. The surface is equipped with peeling teeth, and it rotates to perform the peeling operation on the wood.
Feed Port: It is used to send the wood to be peeled into the machine interior. It is usually designed as an open-type bin, enabling continuous feeding.
Peel Outlet: During the peeling process, the separated bark is discharged from the peel outlet of the machine. Some machines are also equipped with a bark conveyor belt, which can automatically transport the bark to the designated location for easy cleaning and transportation.
Log Outlet: The peeled wood is sent out from the log outlet to complete the entire peeling process.
Power Transmission Device: It provides power for the rotation of the peeling roller shaft to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Generally, it uses equipment such as motors and reducers for power transmission and speed regulation.

Using dual rotors and high-speed rotation, it can effectively improve the debarking effect, reduce the debarking time, and has higher efficiency than single-roller debarking machines. The debarking rate can reach 98%.
Adaptability:
It can be used for debarking of different tree species, diameters, lengths and shapes of wood sections. Whether it is a curved wood section or a straight wood section, it can achieve good debarking results. It also performs well on tree species that are difficult to debark, such as poplar and eucalyptus.
Less Wood Damage:
The dual rollers rotate synchronously, and the wood jumps irregularly between the rollers. The debarking teeth impact the bark while causing less damage to the wood. This avoids the defects of single-roller debarking machines where smaller-diameter wood is prone to breakage and larger wood is prone to damage during debarking.
High Discharge Efficiency:
Using a hydraulic side-opening system, all the wood can be discharged completely within 2 seconds after debarking is completed. There is no residue inside the machine, overcoming the disadvantages of long discharge time at one end and incomplete discharge, sometimes requiring manual cleaning. This improves efficiency and output, and reduces the labor intensity of manual work.
Stable Operation:
The large machine shell remains stationary, with low energy consumption, low failure rate, small maintenance workload, and much lower vibration and noise compared to drum debarking machines. The machine can start production directly after being placed on the ground, and even does not require a base installation. It is very convenient to use.
