TONY Dual Shaft Hammer Mill Working Principle:
After the wood chips enter the crushing chamber through the feeding device, the high-speed rotating hammers, relying on centrifugal force, repeatedly impact, shear, squeeze and grind the materials:
The hammers first violently strike the wood chips, breaking them into small pieces;
The crushed materials are further ground and refined in the gap between the hammers and the liners, as well as the screen mesh;
When the particle size of the materials is smaller than the mesh size of the screen, they are discharged through the screen; the unqualified materials continue to be crushed in the chamber until they meet the requirements.
