           The vertical ring die pellet machine is a production machine that processes eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit and straw, and bamboo smash into sawdust to form biomass fuel.Double-layer vertical ring die, 2 rolls are uniquely designed, and the mold is installed vertically. Working principle of the vertical ring die machine is that when the  machine is running,  ring die is stationary while the roller is rotating. The vertical ring die granulator is mainly suitable for various hardwoods with a variety of raw materials.

           
            TONY new new stainless steel vertical ring die granulator is mainly used for medium and big process plant. The pellet machine is a new generation of energy-saving green power products, researched and developed by our researcher newly. The pellet machine adopts bipolar speed adjusting, and have the characteristics of low power consumption, reasonable structure, economic and durable.

     The main machine adopts Zhejiang Huixin widened gear box. The body weight is nearly 5.5 tons, the machine operates
     more stably and has stronger torsion resistance. Main machine discharge cover, top cover, cutter, lifting knife

     The shell is all made of 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of high corrosion resistance and long service life.

     The slew bearing and turntable reducer are located underneath. The dial reducer adopts hard tooth surface to make the performance more stable       and improve the service life.

          Requirement of Raw Materials:
    

            Size: 2-4mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood      

            chipper, wood crusher.)

 

            Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them
