TYJ Series vertical ring die pellet machine is patented product, which has introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad. Vertical ring die, no material blocking. Double-layer ring die greatly increased its working efficiency, and high-alloy steel mold greatly extends its service life. Applicable humidity of raw material ranges from 10% to 15%, and raw material dimension should be 2/3 of pellet dimension. Widely used in biomass energy plant, power generation station.
Raw material and finished pellets: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material
Size:6-10mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

How to design a suitable wood pellet production line with wood log as raw material?
First, a drum wood chipper is used to chip wood log into small size wood chips with 2.5-3.5cm.
After that, hammer mill/wood crusher is used to grind wood chips into sawdust (6-12mm).
Sometimes, a dryer is need ,as usually the MC of wood log is always about 30-50%,Under this condition, a dryer is need.
