1. The main machine adopts Zhejiang Huixin widened gear box. The machine operates more stably and has stronger torsion resistance.

TONY Pellet machine mainly focuses on vertical ring die series models (such as TYJ-551/TYJ-760/TYJ-860), which adopts alloy steel press roller and ring die design

(1)Feeding principle: mold upward, vertical feed to the granulation chamber, so that the material directly in place
(2)Material distribution principle: The mold is stationary, the press roll is rotating, and the material is naturally evenly distributed on the inner surface of the ring mold under the action of centrifugal force and with the help of the rebound action of the two-layer high surround mold.
(3)Forming principle: Taking TONY wood pellet machine as an example, the extrusion pressure and die friction interaction principle between the ring die and roller group are used to make the material get formed. The processing process of the material does not need to add any additives and binders, wood material has the characteristics of softening, when the temperature reaches a certain value, softening, bonding strength is enhanced, under the action of pressure, the fiber molecular group dislocation, deformation, extension, and the adjacent internal biomass particles are recombined and pressed

Requirement of Raw Materials:

Size:2-4mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

 

Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
