Advantages

1.Cancel reducer coupling, vertical motor with big gear transmission combined. Adopting motor shaft and big gear shaft direct connection. Stronger power transmission and greater anti-torque makes machine more stable and lower maintenance rate for reducer.
2.Improve bearing chamber processing technique:
   A. Change bearing chamber, replaces the seal mode and forging conditioning wear-resisting material which can avoid dust dropping into bearing chamber.
   B. Changing the bearing chamber, obsoleted the traditional grease lubrication style. Firstly using adjustable timer butter filling lubrication system and adding grease alarm device to avoid wasting for grease which will save the grease cost by at least 3000USD per year.
3. To increase model of reducer while motor power is lower. Bigger reducer box with bigger gear inside which has higher capacity and lower power consumption. Reducer has longer working life, the whole machine is more stable with lower maintenance rate.
4.Adding electric control alarm device inside reducer lubrication system. The larm bell rings to stop machine immediately when the oiling is blocked. Lubrication for reducer is more intelligent.
5.Increasing few times for spindle loading parameter. Spindle design technique is more precise. Electric heating no hitting installation makes the spindle has longer working life.
6.Certified HH-HRB bearings which has longer working life. Maintenance rate for the whole machine is lower.
7.Using professional designed and tailor & custom made reducer for only TONY, reducer is more suitable for TONY pellet machine.

Requirements for raw materials of wood biomass pellet mill machine
Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size: Less than 5mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture:Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet

A: A pellet mill/pellet machine is a machine that takes raw materials and shapes it into pellet form for multiple uses.
