Requirements for raw materials

 

Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree)
bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass,
bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:Less than 5 mm
All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.

Moisture:10-15%
Better for pelletizing high quality pellets, Final Pellets For burning
Ø6mm/8mm: household stove burning;
Ø8mm-18mm: Industrial using
Energy Level: 5kwh/kg, Compared to Oil: 1 lty oil = 2kg wood pellets

FAQ	Q: What is the capacity of the production line? A:  The capacity of wood pellet production line can be ranged from 300kg/h to 10ton/h per production line.
	Q: What kind of raw materials can be used to make fuel pellets? A:  Agro. Waste:  Corn straw, rice husk, peanut hull, maize straw, wheat straw, cotton straw, rice straw, corn cob, bean stalk, sunflower stalks, mustard stalk, rice stalks, coffee husk, cotton shell, peanut shell, coconut shell and other agricultural waste.      Forestry waste: Sawdust, tree branch, leaf, wood chips, wood wastes, forestry wastes, palm tree, sugarcane residue, tea waste and other organic waste.

   The biomass energy pellet line mainly processes

 

Crushing Process

a. If the raw material is big wood log with bark,we need wood debarker machine and wood splitter machine to make the wood with small size.
b. If the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm, and >50 * 50mm(L * W), we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces.

Grinding Process

It can crush wood chips, shavings, wood, leftover bits and pieces , roughage, etc.

The chips or small size raw material are ground by hammer mill to particle size less than 5mm suitable for pelleting.

Drying Process

Rotary Dryer includes Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. Our stove is fueled by coal and biomass fuel, saving electrical energy largely.
(client can build the hot stove by self, and we provide its drawing)
The moisture content of raw materials must be controlled :10%-15%.

Pelleting Process

Pellet mill machine is the most important equipment : Press raw material into pellet.

Cooling Process

New galvanized Cooler:To cool the pellets from high temperature into lower temperture.
Strong corrosion resistance, high stability, long service life.
Complete closed structure, stainless sieve, low noise and stable operating

Packing Process:

After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process,  we suggest our Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.

The weighting scope of this machine is 15kg-50kg per bag.
