working principle:
When the disc type comprehensive wood crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. At the same time, the feed hopper also rotates slowly under the drive of the motor. The material is put into the hopper through the grab machine. While the hopper rotates, the inner wall of the hopper rotates. The feeding teeth will evenly push the materials onto the rotor. When the high-speed rotating rotor encounters the materials, the cutting and tearing of the blades on the rotor will achieve preliminary crushing of the materials. The preliminary crushed materials will not fall into the crushing cavity under the action of their own gravity. On the screen, the materials that meet the requirements will be discharged through the screen, while the ash that does not meet the requirements will be crushed twice or even three times in the crushing cavity until it meets the requirements.
