TONY 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine is a kind of biomass energy pretreatment equipment. The fuel pellets produced by the 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine can replace coal and gas, and are widely used in biomass power generation, boiler plants and other places.
The main parts of the biomass pellet machine are specially treated with wear-resistant materials, so it can be continuously pressed and produced with strong durability. For example, the mold is developed by special processing technology of alloy steel

Product Characteristics

A:Cancel reducer coupling,vertical motor with big fear transmission combined.Adopting motor shaft and big gear shaft direct connection.Stronger power transmission and greater anti-torque makes machine more stable and lower maintenance rate for reducer.
B:To increase model of reducer while motor power is lower.Bigger reducer box with bigger gear inside which has higher capacity and lower power consume.Reducer has longer working life,the whole machine is more stale with lower maintenance rate.
C:Adding electric control alarm device inside reducer lubrication system.The alarm bell rings to stop machine immediately when the oiling is blocked.Lubrication for reducer is more intelligent.

Raw Materials
