Processing biomass pellets has the following requirements 

Biomass pellet fuel 

Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material.Raw material sources are wide and low cost
Size:2-4mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

Density:  1.1 - 1.4t/m³. It has a large density and small size, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and greatly improves the combustion performance of biomass.
Odor: During the production process, no additives can be added, so the original smell of its raw materials is still maintained.
Elemental composition: 75-85% carbon content, 3-6% ash content, 1-3% moisture content, absolutely no impurities such as coal gangue, stones, etc. that do not heat and consume heat, and do not contain thiophosphate.
Catalyst value: The biomass pellet fuel generates a large amount of heat. The calorific value of the pellet fuel made from different raw materials varies.

Reduce greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions:

Near-zero carbon dioxide emissions can be achieved. The sulfur content and nitrogen content of biomass particles are extremely low, and the pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides generated during combustion are far less than that of traditional fossil fuels.The combined cost may be lower than some conventional fossil fuels when generating the same amount of heat

A: A pellet mill/pellet machine is a machine that takes raw materials and shapes it into pellet form for multiple uses.
