TONY pellet machine converts biomass feed stock into pellet fuel by mechanical extrusion. The process consists of feeding the raw material to the compression system, where it is compressed under high pressure and temperature, and then cooling to improve the hardness and stability of the particles. The core structure of the equipment includes frame, motor, press roller, ring mold, electric heating ring and other components. Some models adopt vertical centrifugal ring mold design, combining the advantages of traditional flat mold and ring mold to improve the pelleting efficiency.

Wide Range Of Applications

Biomass pellet fuel is an environmentally friendly fuel, usually made from biomass raw materials through processing.  The raw material sources of biomass fuel are extensive, mainly including the following categories:
1.Agricultural waste
Crop stalks, such as corn stalks, wheat stalks, and rice stalks, are common raw materials for biomass fuel.  These straw resources are abundant and the collection cost is relatively low.
Agricultural product processing waste: including rice husks, peanut shells, corn cobs, sugarcane residue, etc.  Such waste usually has a certain energy content and can be processed into high-quality biomass fuel.

2.  Forestry waste
Wood shavings and sawdust: The wood shavings and sawdust produced during the wood processing are the main raw materials for wood-based biomass fuel.  They have a high density and energy content, and good combustion performance.

Branches and leaves: Branches and fallen leaves produced from pruning trees can also be used as raw materials for biomass fuel.  However, the branches need to undergo pretreatment such as crushing before they can be used in production.

Forestry logging residues, such as tree tips and roots left during the logging process, can also be converted into biomass fuel through collection and processing, achieving effective utilization of resources.
3.  Livestock and poultry manure
Livestock and poultry manure contains a large amount of organic matter.  the dried feces can also be mixed with other biomass raw materials to produce solid fuel.

4.  Energy crops
Miscanthus and sugarcane:  They are rich in cellulose and hemicellulose and are potential raw materials for the production of solid biomass fuel.

A: A pellet mill/pellet machine is a machine that takes raw materials and shapes it into pellet form for multiple uses.
