Machine advantages
1)The main machine adopts Zhejiang Huixin's enlarged and widened gear box. The machine itself weighs nearly 5.5 tons, which increases
  the machine's torque resistance and makes the machine run more stable. The main machine discharge cover, top cover, cutter, lifting knife,
  and dustproof The covers are all made of 304 stainless steel, which has the advantages of high corrosion resistance and long service life.
  The slewing bearing and the dial reducer are placed below. The dial reducer adopts hard tooth surface, which makes the performance more        stable and improves the service life of the slewing support. The cutting knife can control the final length of the particles by adjusting       the  knife   distance.
2)The automatic refueling machine adopts a new appearance, which makes refueling more intuitive, making it easier for users to observe  the oil level and avoid damage to the machine caused by lack of oil. It is equipped with a galvanized base underneath.
3)The dust removal efficiency of the Shakron is high, and the bottom of the Shakron is equipped with a bucket for collecting dust. After  collection, the pressed particles can be reused.
4)The electrical components in the electric control cabinet are from the well-known brand, which has the advantages of high

   Spindle is made of structural alloy steel.Trough precisely processes of water foring,rough turning,heat treatment and CNC machining center,high concentricity and uniform haidness improve fatigue reistance of spindle for better smooth.
    Die and roller adopt high grade nickel stainless steel materials.With point-device compression ratio developed with years of experience,dies are precsiely processed by four-axis deep hole gun drill and vacummquenching furnace.Inner holes have features of high smoothness,small resitance,equal distribution and high accuracy.Two-four rollers as agroup can increase the stressed area and reduce pressuer with die,thun prolong the working life of die and rollers and ensure the high yield and efficiency.

Raw  Material
Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:2-4mm  (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going

to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15%  is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

Test machine
Each machine is produced before leaving the factory. All will be tested repeatedly in our company's workshop. until the machine is in optimal condition. Only then the machine will be sent to the customer.
