TONY Biomass pellet machine  is a kind of pretreatment equipment for biomass energy. It mainly uses biomass wastes from agricultural and forestry processing, such as wood chips, straws, rice husks, tree barks, etc., as raw materials. Through pretreatment and processing, these raw materials are solidified and formed into high-density pellet fuels.
The vertical ring die pellet machine has a vertical feeding system. The die remains stationary while the pressing wheel rotates. The materials are evenly distributed around by centrifugal force. It is suitable for various raw materials, has a large output

Wide Range Of Applications

Processing biomass pellets has the following requirements

Biomass pellet 

Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material
Size:2-4mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

Density: The density of raw materials is generally 0.1 - 0.13t/m³, and the particle density after forming is 1.1 - 1.4t/m³. It has a large density and small size.
Elemental composition: 75-85% carbon content, 3-6% ash content, 1-3% moisture content, absolutely no impurities such as coal gangue, stones, etc. that do not heat and consume heat, and do not contain thiophosphate.
Catalyst value: The biomass pellet fuel generates a large amount of heat, with a heat generation of around 3900-4800 kcal/kg. The calorific value of the pellet fuel made from different raw materials varies.

A: A pellet mill/pellet machine is a machine that takes raw materials and shapes it into pellet form for multiple uses.

Q: What kind of materials can be pelletized?
A: Materials such as wood wastes, saw dust, corn cobs/stover/stalks, straw, switch grass, other grasses,  distillers grain, paper, etc. Basically, most Biomass materials that can be ground down to sawdust form can be pelletized.
