1.Feeding device

01Wood Chipping Process

02Fine Crushing Process
This process is mainly used to crush  wood chips into sawdust,to ensure the density and combustion efficiency during the subsequent pressing and forming process,Hammer mill can quickly crush the materials to the required particle size.   The production process is continuous, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
03Drying Process
This process is mainly used to dry the moisture content of sawdust to 10-15%.  Drying the raw material to the proper moisture content is essential for the manufacture of high quality pellets. .   For a small batch, the raw material can be left in the sun for at least 24 hours to dry naturally;   For larger batches, a dryer can be used to dry the raw material to the desired moisture content
04Pelleting Process

05Cooling Process
This process is mainly used to cool pellets from 80-90ºC to 20-30ºC.  The freshly pressed pellets have a relatively high temperature and are soft.   They need to be cooled and shaped through a cooler .   After cooling, the hardness of the particles increases, making them easier to store and transport
06Packing Process
This process is mainly used to pack pellets into 15-50KG/Bags.  Once the pellets are cooled, they are transported to a packing facility, packed and stored in a dry place.  Finished wood pellet products are usually packaged in ton bags or small bags to meet the needs of different customers.
