TONY Biomass Wood Pellet Machine Working Principle
The working principle of the 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine is mainly to rely on the pressure and friction between the template and the mold to gradually shape the raw materials and finally cut them into pellet products. The specific process is as follows:
1. Feeding: The biomass raw materials are fed through the feeder, and after pre-treatment such as crushing and mixing, they are sent to the hopper of the 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine.
2. Extrusion: The raw materials are subjected to the force between the high-speed rotating template and the stationary mold in the hopper, gradually forming pellet materials.
3. Cutting: After extrusion, the pellet materials are pushed to the inside of the mold to form a ring, and the blade inside the mold cuts the pellets to produce pellet products of the same length.
4. Discharging: The granular products are fed into the discharge port to produce the products of the 304 Stainless Steel Pellet Machine.

Which Raw Materials Can Be Used To Produce Biomass Wood Pellets?
Biomass energy is a form of energy that converts solar energy into chemical energy through photosynthesis of plants and stores it inside biomass. It has a wide range of sources, mainly including:
Agricultural waste: such as straw, rice husk, corn cob, etc.
Forestry waste: such as wood processing residues, forestry cutting waste, etc.
Energy crops: plants specifically used for energy production, such as sugarcane, corn, switchgrass, etc.
Urban organic waste: such as kitchen waste, sewage and sludge, etc.
Livestock and poultry manure: organic waste generated by large-scale breeding.

What Is A Complete Wood Pellet Production Line?
1. Crushing process:
The raw material used to make wood pellets must be broken to a small size, and pellet machine users typically use a wood chipper to cut the wood into pieces 2.5 cm (0.98 in) or smaller
2. Fine crushing process:
Using a hammer mill, smaller pieces are crushed and cut into very small particles, reducing the size of the raw material to 5 mm (0.20 in). Some users will choose the pre-treated sawdust and can skip this step.
3. Drying process:
Drying the raw material to the proper moisture content is essential for the manufacture of high quality particles. Before granulation, it is necessary to ensure that the water content of the raw material is about 10%-15%. For a small batch of particles, the raw material can be left in the sun for at least 24 hours to dry naturally; For larger batches, a dryer can be used to dry the raw material to the desired moisture content.
4.Pelleting process:
The most commonly used equipment for granulation is the pellet machine. 6. Packaging process:
Once the particles are cooled, they are transported to a packaging facility, packed and stored in a dry place.
