Product Description

Main parts of machine:
Comprehensive Wood Chipper consists of a base, upper and lower feeding roller, chain plate or belt conveyor, cutter roller, comb plate and bottom knife, screen, motor, hydraulic system, electrical control system and other parts.

Working principle:
The comprehensive wood crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the crushing of wood operations. When the comprehensive crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the wood evenly enters the comprehensive crusher chamber. The high-speed rotary hammer impact and shear tear the wood causing the wood to be broken. At the same time, the gravity action of the wood makes the wood rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle plate and screen bar in the lower part of the rotor. Equipped with a screen plate, the grain grade of crushed wood that is less than the size of the sieve hole is discharged through the screen plate, and the wood that is larger than the size of the sieve hole is blocked on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, that is to say, the fineness of the grinding can be regulated according to user needs.

The main crushing device in the crushing chamber is a rotor equipped with a blade or hammer head. The rotor rotates at a high speed driven by a motor or a diesel engine. When it encounters the material transported to the crushing chamber by the feeding press roller, the rotor will cut, tear and break the material. The material that does not meet the requirements will be broken twice in the crushing chamber until it meets the requirements.

After crushing, the material is sieved through the size of the sieve holes on the screen to achieve, after reaching the desired chips size, smaller chips pass through the sieve, while larger chips pass through continue crushing in the crushing chamber until the requirements are met. 

The front end of the comprehensive wood crusher adopts the form of chain plate conveying, the chain plate is mainly linked by high-strength alloy steel, which can grasp the car material, the raw materials as long as they are placed on the chain plate conveying, the chain plate is transported to the feed press roller in the front section of the host, and the feed press roller is rolled after being transported to the crushing chamber of the equipment
