Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:2-4mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

Density: The density of raw materials is generally 0.1 - 0.13t/m³, and the particle density after forming is 1.1 - 1.4t/m³. It has a large density and small size, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and greatly improves the combustion performance of biomass.
Elemental composition: 75-85% carbon content, 3-6% ash content, 1-3% moisture content, absolutely no impurities such as coal gangue, stones, etc. that do not heat and consume heat, and do not contain thiophosphate.
Catalyst value: The biomass pellet fuel generates a large amount of heat, with a heat generation of around 3900-4800 kcal/kg. The calorific value of the pellet fuel made from different raw materials varies. For example, larch particles are about 4022 kcal (16829kj/kg), red pine particles are about 3978 kcal (16645kj/kg), wood chip mixed particles are about 3896 kcal (16302kj/kg)
