Biomass pellet machine line
      A biomass pellet production line is a specialized system for converting biomass materials (such as agricultural waste, forestry    residues,and energy crops) into biomass pellet fuel. Biomass pellets are a renewable energy source that can replace traditional   fossil fuels for heating, power generation, and industrial thermal supply.

      The biomass pellet production line consists of a series of interconnected equipment and processes that work together to transform loose biomass raw materials into compact, cylindrical or square-shaped pellets.

 

The complete wood pellet production line through our research and design is manufactured for produce the wood pellets, Main equipments within it include Wood Chipper-Hammer Mill-Rotary Drum Dryer-Galvanized hydraulic storage bin-Wood Pellet Machine-New galvanized Cooler-Packing Machine. It has advantages such as compact structure, good appearance, high yield, less consumption, convenient and reliable performance etc
1) Wood chipper
Sawdust Chipper can turn logs,trail wood wood,etc into sawdust directly with the size 5-15mm.Sawdust that comes out canbe pressed in the pellet mill directly after the drum screen.No need hammer mill, Energy efficient.

2)High-efficiency hammer mill
TFD series high-efficiency hammer mill is a pulverizer specially used for raw materials crushing in the biomass fuel production process. It has two series of single spindle and dual spindle, with features of high output and efficiency. It can crush wood chips, shavings, crop and plant crude fibers, roughage, etc.

3)Drying Process
Rotary Dryer includes Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. Our stove is fueled by coal and biomass fuel, saving electrical energy largely. (client can build the hot stove by self, and we provide its drawing)
The moisture content of raw materials must be controlled :10%-15%.

4)Pelleting Process
Pellet mill machine is the most important equipment : Press raw material into pellet.

5)Cooling Process
New galvanized Cooler:To cool the pellets from high temperature into lower temperture.Strong corrosion resistance, high stability, long service life.Complete closed structure, stainless sieve, low noise and stable operating
 

6)Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process,  we suggest our Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
The weighting scope of this machine is 15kg-50kg per bag.

Raw material
Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris,
rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton
stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:2-4mm  (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going

to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15%  is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
