Mobile Diesel Chipper Working Principle:
Diesel crusher consists of the following five parts: transmission, crushing, adjustment, screening and sorting, coarse grain recovery and crushing.
* Transmission: At the front end of the compound crusher, there is a hydraulic system to help feed, this part is composed of the motor and its coupling and gear.
* Broken: consists of a central cone on the spindle and an outer cone. After the materials pass through the feed roller, there is a crushing roller waiting for them. We have two kinds of crushing rollers, the choice depends on the material you put in.
* Adjustment: consists of a centrifugal device at the bottom and outside of the spindle adjustment device.
* Screening and sorting: This part consists of coarse and fine screens.
