TYJ551III stainless steel vertical ring die pellet machine

          TYJ Series vertical ring die pellet machine is patented product, which has introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad. Vertical ring die, no material blocking. Double-layer ring die greatly increased its working efficiency, and high-alloy steel mold greatly extends its service life. Applicable humidity of raw material ranges from 10% to 15%, and raw material dimension should be 2/3 of pellet dimension. Widely used in biomass energy plant, power generation station.

 

     The vertical ring die pellet machine is a production machine that processes eucalyptus, pine, birch, poplar, fruit and straw, and bamboo smash into sawdust to form biomass fuel.Double-layer vertical ring die, 2 rolls are uniquely designed,and the mold is installed vertically. Working principle of the vertical ring die machine is that when the  machine is running, ring die is stationary while the roller is rotating. The vertical ring die granulator is mainly suitable for various hardwoods with a variety of raw materials.

                 Requirement of Raw Materials
 

Size: 2-4mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

 

Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.

Raw materials:

The materials can be wood chips,tree branches,corn stalks, wheat straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, branches, leaves, sawdust and other crops in rural areas , solid waste, etc.
