TONY TPX series Straw Cutter is mainly used to crush crop straw wheat stalk, peanut seedlings, sweet potato seedlings, tobacco stalk, cotton stalk, corn stalk, grass, seaweed and various branches and other bundles, piles of materials.

TPX series Straw Cutter is composed of frame, rotary cutting, feeding device and overload protection device, the machine is reasonable and simple, and the body is welded with steel forging and cast steel, which is convenient and durable.

The body has four layers, convenient disassembly and transportation.

Working Principle

1. Power drive: straw rotary cutter is usually powered by a motor. Power is transmitted to the spindle through a transmission device (such as a belt, chain or gear, etc.), so that the spindle drives the rotary rotor or cutter head for high-speed rotation.
2.Material feeding: The material is fed from the top through a feeding mechanism suitable for the machine. When the bin rotates, the picking teeth on the inner cavity will evenly send the material to the rotor.
3.Rotary grinding: a blade is installed on the high-speed rotating rotor, and when the material enters the scope of action of the rotor, it will be cut and pulled by the blade. Under the strong centrifugal force and impact force generated by high-speed rotation, the material is shredded, torn and crushed.
4.Screening and discharge: the material that has been preliminarily crushed falls on the screen in the crushing chamber under the action of its own gravity and the impact force of the rotor.
