Product Description

Double-layer ring die

Lower-dispensing plate pellet machine
1. The disc has a longer service life. The lower-dispensing method makes the disc no longer affected by water vapor, which prolongs the service life of the disc.
2. Better pellet forming effect: The lower-dispensing material is driven by the gear box to drive the disc, and the formed pellets are thrown out by centrifugal action, which has a higher forming effect and is more beautiful.
3. More convenient maintenance: The lower-dispensing system is more convenient to replace the mold, which reduces the maintenance cost.
The upper discharge shell is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to steam corrosion and durable. It reduces the shortcomings of poor pressure resistance and easy cracking caused by welding, and the arc profile has stronger tensile strength and is not easy to be damaged.
The internal lifting knife is made of thickened stainless steel, which can effectively avoid high temperature and steam corrosion, increase the durability of the lifting knife, and make the lifting force better, so that the raw materials inside the pellet machine are not easy to cover and accumulate, and the output is higher.

Main Process to Press Wood Pellets
Crushing: Raw biomass materials, like wood or straw, are chipped into smaller pieces.
Further Crushing: These pieces go through another round of crushing for size uniformity, aiding in blending.
Drying: The crushed material is dried to reduce its moisture content to roughly 10-15%.
Pelleting: The dry material is pressed at high temperatures to create dense pellets.
Cooling: Freshly-made pellets are cooled down to harden.
Packaging:Finally, pellets are packed for transport and storage, in either small or bulk quantities.
