The machine mainly includes: pellet machine host, automatic oiler, dust collector and electric control cabinet.
Machine advantages:
A:Cancel ruducer coupling,vertical motor with big fear transmission combined.Adopting motor shaft and big gear shaft
direct connection.Stronger power transmission and greater anti-torque makes machine more stable and lower maintenance ratefor reducer.
B:To increase model of reducer while motor power is lower.Bigger reducer box with bigger gear inside which has higher capacity and lower power consumpion.Reducer has longer working life,the whole machine is more stale with lower maintenance rate.
C:Adding electric control alarm device inside reducer lubrication system.The larm bell rings to stop machine immediately when the oiling is blocked.Lubrication for reducer is more intelligent.
D:Increasing few times for spindle loading parameter.Spindle design technique is more precise.Electric heating no hitting installatino makes the shpindle has longer working life.
E:Certified HH-HRB bearing which has longer working life.Maintenance rate for the whole machine is lower.

Raw Materials for making pellets
Raw material: hard wood, waste wood and straws, woodchips(palm, mahogany,rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice husk, peanut shells, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass, bagasse, palm fiber.
Size: Less than 5mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going into pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: 10-15% is best for producing good quality pellet.
