WOOD CHIPPER
The wood chipping system can make tree trunks and wood log into wood chips with less than 5 cm size . Drum wood chipper is an ideal equipment to produce large capacity and good quality wood chips,which is widely used inwood chips production industry, paper plants, particle and fiber board plants, etc
 

Wood Crusher
The wood crushing system can make wood chips into wood sawdust . The hammer mill is applied mainly to grinding the raw material to make it suiable to make pellets.The impeller variable frequency feeder is used to ensure work efficiency.
 

Drying equipment
To dry materials and remove the moisture from 50 % to 15-17 % . The best moisture content to pelletizing is 13-15%, so our rotary dryer is designed to reduce the moisture of the unqualified raw material, for which the moisture is too high.

Pellet machine
The main function of the wood pellet machine is to press pellets. It is also the core machine of the entire production line.
1.Vertical hopper: This design can avoid the raw material be stuck in granulating room.
2.Cooling system: As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will lower the service life of die and bearing.Cooling system are considering this situation and avoid it happened.
3.Double-layer dies: This design increase the efficiency of pellet making,reduce clients cost.
4.Bearing: High precision, high speed, low noise, long life
5.Unique automatic lubricating system: Which lubricate the bearing, dies and rollers ,increase the produce efficiency and reduce energy consumption.It can work continuous 24 hours.

New galvanized Cooler :Adopting counter flow cooling theory, pellet can be cooled fully and equally.
Slide valve discharging is used to make the operation stable and the material discharging easy and smooth.
The temperature of cooled pellet isn't 3-5ºC higher than room temperature.
Cooler and Separator include cooling machine and screen separator. Air-cooling machine easy to operate and have low expense, very suitable for water shortage area. It can working in condition with high temperature, high humidity and dustiness.

Packing
Intelligent control rational automatic packing machine apply to pack powder and granule material by kinds of pockets. lt is widely use in pellets, grain, food.light industry, plastic building material, chemical industry.Except manual bagging, fast-slow adding material, fixed quantity, clamping bag, discharge bag all adopt automatic controlling. Able to set parameter, at the same time have alarm display on indicator when slow adding material and out of limits. Weighting accumulation and equip automatic print output. The advantage
is weighting fast, high precision, good stability, easy operating etc.

Raw material
Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris,
rubber tree), bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton
stalks, alfalfa grass, bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material

Size:2-4mm  (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going

to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15%  is best for producing good quality wood pellet.
